Your present experiences directly result from your past thinking and imagining. However, you can check how your past affects your present and future. You constantly imagine your reality and form in front of the present or future. The Review Technique not only breaks patterns of unwanted experience, but also patterns in the mind that keep producing the same experiences, and with practice, the mind will get used to just the Imagine scenarios that you want to manifest in your life. You can even review the experiences of other people by visualizing their desires. The present is not what we want, but what they brought forth in the past. We're healing the past something that doesn't fit with the experiences you choose to choose.
