In ancient Chinese philosophy, they talk about the power of nothingness. In many modern teachings, they refer to chaos theory to create order, almost like the calm we experience before the storm, but today we want to change a little to understand that you can find order and peace in chaos. What people don't understand is when chaos happens, when we're tuned into turmoil at the moment, we experience chaos, which isn't so good, but we have a choice.
Because when we know the existence of peace and order within chaos, we can also tap into that frequency and that will set us free. First, you have to acknowledge the existence of nothing, which means that nothing or space or emptiness is actually something if we take a network, for example. If we take a network, how does a network come about? If there is a net made up of a cord, we can say just pull the cord together, and then you have space between the cords. Or if we were to think that a net is actually spaced with a cord wrapped around it, because without the space there would be no web, so how can the space be nothing? Have you ever heard of heavy metal rock? When you hear heavy metal rock music, some people will listen to it and say, "Oh that." It drives me insane. My head hurts just hearing this. But why can some people hear it and almost go into a trance? In the same way, we must understand that a piece of music is a piece of music, a series of notes, a series of keys, or a series of spaces, the space between the keys, because if we had the space between the keys or not, there would just be no pause, it would just be a constant that the music would lose later, so what is all that our consciousness leads to? Make our consciousness realize that when things happen, things can only happen when there is nothing in between. and
There are many things in between. The biggest problem is that many people when they are standing on the streets of India, for example. I remember driving around with the horns running all the time, and some people would say that's crazy, that's too much. But there is an exercise you can do in the middle of the busiest street, where horns honk, cars honk, everything honks, and people chatter, so you can tune into the gaps in between all the chaos that people often say It's all nonsense as if nothing can be anything, and I ask how it's possible that someone next to you talks to you and says hey hey hey, and after a minute you turn around and say "Oh sorry, I didn't know you were there," so where were you during all the noise? People frequently say it's difficult to get in there when everything is happening right now, but it's actually quite simple. Everything begins with the breath, and as we tune into the breath, we bring our presence to us.
Here we are now in this moment. At this moment, we almost hear the sound of bliss, the sound of peace, the emptiness that's growing so strong and we connect with this frequency. Once you understand how to approach this frequency, you will be liberated from pain forever.
